ÉVÈNEMENT - MAIN EVENT  Circuit des Arts Notre-Dame-de-Grâce  NDG Art Hop                15  et 16 septembre 2018 / September 15th -16th 20

• les artistes doivent être présents dans leurs ateliers durant l'évènement au complet, soit de 11h à 17h les 15 et 16 septembre -
  artists must be present in their studio space for the entire duration of the event, from 11AM to 5PM, September 15th and 16th.
• Des passeports seront disponible à chaque Arrêt du Circuit des Arts et distribués au public afin de les faire étamper par chaque artiste -
  Passports will be available at every Art Hop Stop and handed out to the public for stamping
• Les passeports entièrement étampés seront éligible pour un panier-cadeau composé d'oeuvres d'artistes participants -
  Fully-stamped passports will be entered into a draw to win a gift-basket composed of participating artists' works

• pour les artistes participants -for participating artists
• les artistes auront un contrat à signer - artists will be given contracts to sign
• les artistes reçevront un Kit des Artistes pour la promotion de l'évènement et des instructions -artists will receive an Artist Kit for event promotion and guidelines
• les artistes paieront les frais de participation dont une partie ira au Dépôt Alimentaire de Notre-Dame-de-Grâce -artists will pay the participation fees which will go in part to the NDG Food Depot
